Cancellations are accepted exclusively via email at biuro@medisfera.pl. Cancellations submitted up to 60 days prior to the event date are free of charge and entitle the participant to a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations submitted up to 30 days prior to the event date may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the amount paid. Cancellations submitted less than 30 days before the event date are not accepted and no refunds will be issued.
