It is with great pleasure that we announce the organization of the ”Professor Adam Gruca
1st International Orthopaedic Symposium”, which will take place on June 10–11, 2027.

The initiative comes from our team to pay tribute to one of the most prominent pioneers of Polish orthopaedics and the founder of the Chair and Department of Orthopaedics at the Infant Jesus Teaching Hospital, 4 Lindleya Street. His scientific and clinical legacy continues to inspire generations
of physicians.

The symposium will focus on key areas that formed the foundation of Professor Gruca’s academic
and clinical work — hip surgery, spine surgery, and orthopaedic oncology.

In the spirit of innovation and progress, special attention will be given to the use of robotics in hip
and knee joint surgery, bridging classical approaches with cutting-edge technologies that are reshaping modern orthopaedics.

The event will bring together renowned experts from Poland and abroad, creating a platform for dynamic exchange of knowledge, experience, and the presentation of the latest scientific and technological advancements.
